Our Story

Local Coffee Roasters began in 2018 as Local Coffee Bar inside of Take Ur Seat, a popular brunch spot in Chino Hills, CA. After 6 years in the coffee industry, 5 coffee bars laters and many special coffee moments with our customers, we embarked on a new journey to roast great coffee that we love!

Our Cafe & Roastery

Every single bag is roasted fresh weekly on a Diedrich Roaster at our roastery in West Covina, CA by our passionate team. We opened our doors in 2024 to serve our surrounding community good coffee and great service.
